Return & Refund Policy
We have aย 30-day return policyย โ you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility:ย Items must be in the same condition as received โ unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return or cancellation:
- Account holders:ย Log in atย https://account.no-bu-ru.comย and go to your Orders
- Guest checkout customers:ย Use the return request link in your order confirmation email
- Customers who checked out with a phone number:ย Use the return request link in your SMS order confirmation
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any questions, contact us at hello@no-bu-ru.com.
Return shipping:ย Return shipping costs are at your expense. Please send returns to: 1505 Avenue de l'รglise, Montreal (QC), H4E 1G3, Canada.
European Union โ Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order withinย 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without justification. Once you've notified us, items must be sent back withinย 14 days of that notification.
Eligibility conditions, return process, and contact details are the same as above.
Refunds (EU):ย We will refund you withinย 14 daysย of receiving your return, including the standard outbound shipping cost you paid (premium shipping upgrades are excluded). Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exemptions from EU withdrawal right:ย Custom or personalized items, digital products, and sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@no-bu-ru.com so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized products, digital products, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
Return the item you have, and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method withinย 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to process. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@no-bu-ru.com.
