Archetypes 01 – Sample

If you’re not familiar with my Archetypes 01 set, it is among the first I designed. Each model is made from a single square sheet, fully used, with only cuts and folds, and held together with slits, with no glue. The approach is partly inspired by kirigami, where cutting is allowed alongside folding.

I created this series during the early days of the lockdown, when I couldn’t access my studio and set myself the challenge of recreating, in paper, the same spirit as my concrete sculptural practice.
