About
DAVID UMEMOTO
I'm a visual artist with a strong obsession with architecture. My main body of work consists of concrete sculptures and functional art, but I also enjoy experimenting with paper and other materials.
I believe that art should be playful and accessible to everyone, so you'll find here a mix of DIY projects, collectible design and exclusive objects.

COLLECTIBLE DESIGN
A collection of functional art pieces including lamps, vases, planters and micro-storage units.
All concrete pieces are hand crafted in our Montreal studio in very small batches. Each edition is unique so there might be slight variations in colour and textures.
SCULPTURES
Sculptures are predominantly concrete castings. Ranging from miniature figurines to large abstract objects, each creation is handcrafted one at a time.
Occasionally, there will be acrylic, metal, and 3D prints, produced in unique or limited editions by selected manufacturers.
